Hijri calendar that divides the earth is a full lunar month , lunar month is the time between two identical ( New moons or Full moon ) from the big day, month or 30 days and 29 days. Place a leap year in 12 months. Arab Islamic calendar provided in the previous 13 months the percentage of time in three years, months when God created the heavens and the earth is kanaku the leap from the Koran written that the effect was 12 other. Therefore, one year became 354 Days, about 11 days shorter than the solar calendar.
Hirji Month :- The Islamic months are named as follows
1. Muḥarram — المحرّم —"forbidden" in Arabic
2. Ṣafar — صفر — "void" in Arabic,
3. Rabīʿ I (Rabīʿ al-Awwal) — ربيع الأوّل — "The first Spring" in Arabic.
4. Rabīʿ II (Rabīʿ ath-Thānī or Rabīʿ al-Ākhir) — ربيع الآخر , ربيع الثاني — "The second (or last) Spring" in Arabic.
5. Jumādā I (Jumādā al-Ūlā) — جمادى الأولى — "The first month of parched land" in Arabic.
6. Jumādā II (Jumādā ath-Thāniya or Jumādā al-Ākhira) — جمادى الآخرة , جمادى الثانية — "The second (or last) month of parched land" in Arabic.
7. Rajab — رجب — "Respect" or "Honor" in Arabic.
8. Shaʿbān — شعبان — "Scattered" in Arabic,
9. Ramaḍān — رمضان — "Scorched" in Arabic.
10. Shawwāl — شوّال — Rraised" in Arabic,
11. Dhū al-Qaʿda — ذو القعدة — "The one of truce" in Arabic. Dhu al-Qa'da was another month during which war was banned.
12. Dhū al-Ḥijja — ذو الحجّة — "The one of pilgrimage" in Arabic, referring to the annual Muslim pilgrimage to Mecca, the Hajj.
